Plastic anti‑block masterbatch takes inorganic anti‑blocking agents such as silicon dioxide and talcum powder as core components. At dosage of 0.5%‑2%, it forms micro‑protrusions on film surface, effectively reducing inter‑layer adhesion and preventing film‑roll blocking, while maintaining good transparency and heat‑sealing performance. Suitable for film‑blowing and cast‑film processes.
Main Applications
PE Films: Garbage bags, T‑shirt bags, food‑packaging films and agricultural mulch films. Solves sticking‑and‑hard‑opening issues after film winding, improves bag‑making and packaging efficiency. PP Films: BOPP, CPP and other packaging films. Enhances surface slip and anti‑block performance for high‑speed automatic packaging machines. Heat‑shrinkable & Stretch Films: PVC, POF heat‑shrinkable films and stretch wrap films. Prevents inter‑layer sticking without impairing shrinkage and tensile properties.
